I spent years holding space for people. Now I hold space for your social strategy, minus the shame.

Hi, I'm Tasha.
I started in theatre. Then I took ten years off from school to live life, perform, and figure out who I was.
When 2020 hit and nobody knew if theatre would survive, I pivoted. I went back to school for Women and Gender Studies, then got my Master of Social Work and became a therapist.
Somewhere in the middle of that master's program, I hit burnout. Hard. That's when I found out I'm autistic. A lot of things started to make sense.
Then I booked a big theater opportunity, and it pulled me right back to where I started. I left the therapy world to live a creative life again.
Along the way, I started creating content and managing social media for other entrepreneurs. And I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant, creative people burning out trying to run businesses with systems built for a different kind of brain.
The entrepreneur who posted in bursts, then ghosted for months. The creative with a thousand ideas and zero finished posts. The “just be consistent” advice that left them feeling like the problem.
I knew that feeling. And I knew it wasn't true.
They were never the problem. I was never the problem. The playbook was.
So now I build strategy around your brain. Your energy. Your hyperfocus. Your low-spoon weeks. No masking required. I get it because I live it. No guilt about the weeks you go quiet. Just a system that bends with you instead of breaking you.
I'm a Cleveland-based content creator, theatre artist, and fitness instructor. I've built my own audience as a creator, so I know what it takes to show up online when life is full and your energy isn't always predictable. I don't hand you a template and wish you luck. I help you find a rhythm you can actually keep.
When I'm not building content systems, you'll find me on stage or teaching a fitness class, cheering people on as they find their own pace.
Let's build something that works with you.
Master of Social Work. Therapist brain, always.
Midwest roots, internet reach.
ADHD + autistic. I get it because I live it.
Low-spoon weeks are part of the plan, not a failure.
